In May 2021, a total of 82 HELIOS solar street lights were installed in Colombia, improving the local road lighting infrastructure with sustainable energy solutions. The poles range from 7 to 8 meters in height, equipped with 30W to 40W LED lights powered by 100W 18V solar panels. Each unit features an MPPT solar charge controller and a 460Wh battery, ensuring efficient energy management and long-lasting illumination. The project enhances safety and visibility while promoting eco-friendly and cost-effective lighting solutions.
